WinWinWords started with a problem, not a plan. We were a small team in Serbia running our own websites, and every one of them needed words. Product pages, articles, descriptions, far more than we could ever write ourselves.
So we hired writers, and learned the hard way how rare a good one is. Some were brilliant but vanished for a week at a time. Others never missed a deadline and never wrote a sentence worth remembering.
After enough of that, we stopped hunting and started building the team we wished we'd found. Other site owners noticed what was coming out of it and asked to borrow our writers. Somewhere along the way, the side project became the whole job.
The office is still in Serbia. The writers are all over the world now, and finding the right words still feels like the best part of the job.
